Brilliant hairdressers lovely atmosphere every time I go just had hair cut today but also go for my nails done booked again for august
When I moved to the area from Kent, I was apprehensive about finding a good hairdresser. Id had mine for 15years. However, Carol is not just a good hairdresser, she is an excellent one. The atmosphere in the salon is friendly; the service personal and professional. I could not ask for a better place to have a bit of me time; to relax, read, chat and have a laugh. Thankyou Carol and your lovely team- including Pheobe!
Absolutely LOVE getting my hair, nails and brows done at this small, personal and friendly salon. I can honestly say these lovely ladies make you feel as though it's a social occasion with your friends whilst being pampered to a high standard at excellent prices. What more could you want- nothing is too much trouble. Attention to detail is second to none. The salon is clean and professional. We always have a laugh and it brightens my day! All topped off with Phoebe the cockapoo to greet you with a fuss- in fact, she's become a bit of a local celebrity! Carole and Jasmine are also fantastic with children. I have no hesitation giving 5 stars to this little gem of a salon in Loftus.
Terrible. I had an appointment at 2:15 which my mum paid for in advance as a Christmas treat for me. I waited for over half an hour of while they went on a long break. I had another appointment I needed to go to later in Middlesbrough and asked if I can be seen before 3pm. I had to ask repeatedly for someone to tell them to see me. I would of waited a lot longer probably almost an hour. Had I not said anything. The whole time I waited. I asked if I could be given a dry trim since I will miss my appointment because it's almost an hour later I had to sit and wait. She refused and washed my hair anyway. It was about 3pm when she started so after looking at the time I said there's no need to rush now I won't be able to make my appointment. "Are you sure" she kept asking me, like I had a choice. If there was a delay because there was too many customers I wouldn't of minded. But the fact that I was left waiting in an empty salon was just disrespectful. I don't count apparently. Had my mum not of paid in advance I would of left. I had a bad week and now this "treat" is ruining the day. Massively unconvinced. The last thing I needed. It's not difficult to do a job properly. If you want to not work for an hour or so then don't. But don't book people in and waste their time.
